9 cups Chex (any type)
1/2 cup of Peanut Butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Butter of Margarine
1 and 1/2 cup of Pwdered Sugar
Measure cereal into large bowl and set aside. In 1 qt microwaveable bowl, heat chocolate chip, peanut butter and butter uncovered on high for 1 min. Stir. Heat 30 seconds longer or until mix can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mix over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon ziploc bag (make sure it's a sturdy one! Freezer bags work best). Add powdered sugar. Seal bad and shake until well-coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
To store: store in sealed container in refrigerator.
