Grandma Briggs' Crab Patties

1 lb of crab meat
4 Hard Boiled eggs
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
4 pieces of diced bread
several pieces of celery (chopped)
1/2 to 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt to season

Form patties, dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Deep fry.
To freeze- cook first then freeze.


White sauce:
Fry some onion in butter
1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk

Heat over low flame and cool.
